These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 234bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any part of the 234bd website located at https://234bd.club and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and services offered therein.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or otherwise using any feature of the 234bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any additional rules published on the platform from time to time.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds pricing to obtain systematic advantages. Any winnings resulting from exploited errors may be voided at 234bd's discretion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the 234bd website, its software, content, or proprietary data.
• Engaging in any conduct designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate 234bd staff, other players, or any third party associated with the platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or jurisdiction to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

234bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 234bd.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any other criminal conduct involving the platform.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Discovery that the account holder is a resident of a jurisdiction from which 234bd does not accept registrations.
• At the request of the account holder via the responsible gaming self-exclusion process.
• Prolonged inactivity, where the account has had no login or transaction activity for a period defined in 234bd's dormant account policy.

Effect of Closure: Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and wagering-requirement-derived winnings where obligations have not been met) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the completion of any outstanding review. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been satisfied will be forfeited upon closure.

If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that your account can be properly flagged and self-exclusion applied to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.
